Print Prices
Aardstorm Images prints are available in the sizes specified below. Certain prints are not available in all sizes; see the ordering information associated with each print in the gallery pages for details.
The print size quoted is the size of the aperture in the intended mount; the paper size is larger than this so that the mount holds the print flat around all edges. The frame size only applies to mounted prints and is the size of the glass within the frame. This is assumed to be also the overall size of the mount.

Prices in brackets apply where 3 or more prints, of mixed sizes and formatting/mounting options, are ordered together, and delivered to the same address. Where an order contains both mounted and unmounted prints, the mounted print postage rate applies to each mounted print; the unmounted prints are delivered at no additional cost.
Prints may also be supplied with non-standard print and/or frame sizes: price will be according to the next larger standard size, plus a £ 5. Please use a code XXX, and specify clearly your requirements for print image size and, where the print is to be supplied mounted, frame size.
Aardstorm Images is not (yet) registered for VAT, so the above prices effectively include VAT.

Prints may also be supplied with non-standard formatting arrangements: price will incur a handling charge of £ 5 per non-standard print. Please use a code suffix of -X and specify clearly your formatting requirements such as title visibility or aperture requirements.

The gallery print view pages provide a simulation of these mounting options, although the displayed colours are only approximate, and the differences between them have been exaggerated.
Prints may also be supplied with non-standard mount colours, selected from the Daler Rowney Conservation range (see the Daler Rowney website for details). In this case, delivery will typically take an extra 2-3 weeks and incur a handling charge of £ 5 per non-standard colour. Please use a code suffix of -XX and specify clearly your requirements for mount colour.
Ordering Information
At present, Aardstorm Images is not yet able to accept orders directly through this site, although this facility should be available soon. However, you may still order prints by post to:

Your order should include the following information:
- A full order code and quantity required for each print. The order code consists of the print name (made up from the series name and print number), followed by the size code, format suffix, and mount suffix.
- Any custom size, formattnig or mounting requirements.
- Your name and full postal address for delivery. Please ensure that the address includes your postcode.
- Your e-mail address, so that you can be notified of progress with your order.
Your order should be accompanied by a cheque or postal order made payable to 'Aardstorm'. Your prints will then usually be dispatched within 3 working days of your payment clearing (typically 1 week from receipt for personal cheques).
Delivery
Your print(s) will be carefully packed to ensure they arrive in pristine condition, and then dispatched, typically within 3 working days of receipt of cleared payment. If this is not the case, you will be notified (by e-mail) within this period of the estimated dispatch date, and given the option to cancel your order for a full refund. In all cases, you will be notified by e-mail once your order has been dispatched.
UK
Postage is by Royal Mail 1st Class, Recorded Signed For delivery. This typically takes 1-2 working days from dispatch.

Please contact Aardstorm Images (by e-mail to enquiries at this site) to receive a quote for deliveries to non-UK destinations.
Returns Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it, in the original or equivalent packaging, for a refund of the purchase price only. Aardstorm Images does not supply prints on an approval or 'sale or return' basis.
If, however, your purchase arrives in a damaged condition, you may request a refund or replacement. In this case postage costs in both directions will also normally be refunded, but evidence of the damage may be required (eg. return the item and its original packaging). In either case, please contact Aardstorm Images (by e-mail to sales at this site) within 7 days of receipt for full return instructions.
